1. General Provisions

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bd18 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus — total balance ৳2,200; or deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳41,000.

The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own validity period, wagering requirements and game restrictions.
• A bonus applies only to the user whose account it has been credited to.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• bd18 reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
• All promotional offers, including VIP cashback bonuses, are subject to their own specific terms.

5.3 VIP Program

The bd18 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Moving up to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform. VIP benefits and cashback are provided under rules set by bd18.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

bd18 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial outcomes.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. bd18 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Cancellations and Disputes

bd18 reserves the right to void any bet due to technical errors, incorrect odds or system issues. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded. For sports betting such as cricket or football, if a match is cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.4 Game Errors

bd18 reserves the right to void any game or transaction that occurred due to a software or hardware error. Results or payouts that are clearly erroneous are not valid and no claims will arise from them.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd18 platform and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Identity fraud for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots or scripts
• Manipulating the betting system to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payments
• Harassing or behaving aggressively toward other users
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities for an advantage

8. Limitation of Liability

bd18 is an entertainment gaming platform. We make every effort to keep the platform reliable and secure, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your verified balance before closing the account. Bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by bd18

bd18 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Suspicion of fraud, deception or money laundering
• Failure to verify age
• Providing false or misleading information
• At the direction of a regulatory authority
• Responsible gaming concerns
